Job Description

We are seeking two detail-oriented Store Inventory Allocators to join our Retail Merchandise team. Reporting to the Merchandise Planner, these roles are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely stock replenishment across our store network.

You will play a key role in supporting inventory performance, managing stock allocations, and driving optimal product availability to maximise sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily replenishment across stores by category, supplier, and location
- Allocate promotional stock to stores based on forecast demand
- Monitor and achieve key KPIs including stock availability, stock turns and inventory levels
- Analyse inventory trends, slow-moving stock, and performance opportunities
- Action store requests and customer orders in a timely manner
- Support ongoing optimisation of replenishment parameters
- Collaborate with Merchandise, Supply Chain and Store Operations teams
- Monitor supplier and DC performance (e.g. DIFOT, outstanding orders)

Qualifications

About You

- Experience in inventory allocation, replenishment, or merchandise planning (retail preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel capability
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Pronto desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving

Desirable

- Retail store or merchandise experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or similar
