The Role

As a Junior Strata Manager / Assistant OC Manager, you will assist with the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of Owners Corporations and gain exposure to all aspects of strata management.

Key responsibilities include

Attending and chairing meetings for smaller Owners Corporations (typically under 10 lots)

Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement

Responding to enquiries from owners, committees, tenants and contractors

Conducting site visits and property inspections

Ensuring compliance with relevant Owners Corporation legislation and regulations

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to develop their career in strata management.

Ideal candidate

1–2 years’ experience in strata management or property management

Solid communication and relationship management skills

Excellent organisation and time management abilities

A proactive mindset with robust attention to detail

A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
