Description
In this role, you will greet clients both in-person and over the phone, manage appointments, handle incoming enquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support our team of mortgage brokers with administrative tasks. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring our clients feel valued from the moment they contact us and assisting them to ensure the customers journey to application settlement is as seamless and positive as possible. Ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional phone manner
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in reception, customer service or admin (mortgage/finance experience is highly regarded but not essential)
