Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, energetic junior executive to join our high performing Office Leasing team based in our Melbourne East office. This Executive level position presents itself as an incredible opportunity for a recent property graduate looking to take the first step into their real estate career.

Build and maintain robust relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.

Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.

Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers

Coordinate marketing & leasing of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in propertyand current real estate license

Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders

High interest and understanding of local property market and current trends

Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
