- both clinically and operationally. Your role will include:
- Leading and supporting a talented pharmacy team.
- Delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication management.
- Overseeing daily operations including stock control, budgets, and KPIs.
- Fostering a positive, team-first culture where everyone thrives.
- Building meaningful connections with your patients and the wider community. You’ll be backed by a multi-pharmacist roster, experienced techs, and dedicated pharmacy assistants
- giving you the support you need to focus on leadership and patient care. Skills & Experience
- General AHPRA registration.
- 2-3+ years' community pharmacy experience in Australia.
- A strong grasp of 8CPA programs and QCPP compliance.
- Confident leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
