What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit has an exciting prospect for an experienced MC Linehaul Driver to join our team which is based in Regency Park, SA. This is a full-time permanent role, starting Monday 5am and returning to base Friday. The main duties involve delivering timber products to Mount Gambier and returning with various products from several locations based on requirements. Key areas:

Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times

Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus

Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures

Daily pre-start checks and ensuring loads are restrained appropriately using binder bars & web strapping

Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation

Are you the one?

Prior transport experience driving B double combinations is essential

Knowledge of metro/regional SA roads

Familiarity with fundamental manual handling protocols

Robust work ethic, customer service and communication skills
