Property Manager (Mornington)

**The Client**: Thriving in the Peninsula area, this boutique agency have built from the ground up and have an incredible local presence and reputation. Working with an incredible Director who understands work life balance, they are seeking a Property Manager to join the team 4 days per week.

**The Role**:

- Only work 4 days a week with no weekends!
- Share a portfolio of 200 properties with another Property Manager with a clearly defined workflow
- Paperless office
- WFH available once established in the role
- Company car also available for your personal use
- Salary up to $65,000 + super

**About You**:

- Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Local to the Peninsula area
- Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate license
- Drivers license and clean driving record
