**Description**: **About the role**:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the Sales team to achieve performance targets
- Driving sales strategies, processes, and initiatives that maximise results and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the full sales cycle to ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards
- Building strong customer relationships and fostering a culture of service excellence
- Managing inventory, pricing, and stock presentation to optimise sales opportunities
- Supporting marketing initiatives, events, and new model launches
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Ensuring CRM accuracy and driving customer lifecycle engagement
- Upholding Mercedes-Benz training, brand guidelines, and operational requirements
**Skills and Experiences**: **About you**:
- Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (luxury or retail highly regarded)
- A passion for coaching teams and delivering premium customer experiences
- Solid communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills
- A results-driven mindset with resilience and a commitment to excellence
- Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern sales technologies
