About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond. You will build lasting relationships with customers while achieving sales targets and contributing to the continued success of the dealership. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BMW vehicles and solutions
- Manage customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-up communication
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Prepare and present finance, insurance and accessory opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within dealership systems
- Achieve individual and team sales targets

- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales or a customer-focused environment (preferred but not essential)
