**About the Role**: In the role of apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Floor Installers, gaining hands on experience in various aspects of timber flooring installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist experience floor installers in preparation and installation of timber floors.
- Learn and follow proper installation techniques for engineered timber flooring.
- Participate in site assessments and assist in measuring and evaluating areas for flooring installation.
- Help with the preparation of the materials.
- Learn to align patterns and layouts for optimal visual appeal and layout.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work areas.

**About You**:

- Strong interest in learning the flooring installation trade.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced installers.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, and willingness to learn how to safely use power tools.
