**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

The main responsibilities of the Service Adviser are to carry out a variety of tasks in line with manufacturing specifications including but not limited to:

- Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care
- Ensuring high quality of service work
- Promote the dealers service departments capabilities and strengths
- Determine customers’ needs and communicate these to the workshop to _fix it right the first time and deliver the Bike on time_
- Achieve targeted service appointment rate
- Identify potential marketing opportunities
- Promote dealer service benefits to potential customers
- Increase customer market share
- Increase service and parts sales
- Reduce customer No Show rate
- Attend all training as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Attention to detail
- Valuable communications skills
- Ability to prioritise work tasks and meet deadlines
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Honest and reliable with a can-do attitude
- Impeccable presentation
- Valid VIC drivers' licence
- Motorcycle licence an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry, experience with motorcycles will be highly regarded
