Receptionist | Mornington (Mornington Shire)

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide support to the team at Peninsula Grange in Mornington. You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. This is a casual position operating across 7 days, with working hours between:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekends: 9:00am – 3:00pm What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative support including scheduling of staff meetings, managing documentation and responding to queries over the phone or via email
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniforms, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers

- Previous reception & administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza 2026
