**The opportunity**

Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful administrative role with a great team supporting you? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? An exciting chance has presented itself at Kingswim Mornington. We are seeking an engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic customer-focused receptionist. Our reception team play a vital part of ongoing communication and customer service to all our families.

Kingswim Mornnington has an enjoyable and vibrant work environment best suited to an initiative driven person with a passion for the safety, wellbeing and education of children.

This is a casual role, with an hourly rate of $29.04 per hour, and regular work patterns.

**About you**

You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community! You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database system with guidance and training.

**Availability requirements**: You’ll be flexible to work an ongoing roster consisting of the below desired availability:

- Friday 3.30pm-6.30pm
- Saturday 7.30am-12.00pm

Availability over various school holiday periods is highly regarded. Further details surrounding rostering and availability can be discussed with shortlisted applicants
