Your New Role We value our Residential Communities teams and the wonderful work they do to provide the best in care and support to our residents. As an Administration Assistant , you will provide support to the team at Peninsula Grange in Mornington . You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. This is a casual position operating across 7 days, with working hours between:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekends: 9:00am – 3:00pm What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative support including scheduling of staff meetings, managing documentation and responding to queries over the phone or via email
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniforms, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Providing efficient, friendly, and qualified service to all internal/external customers
- Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. Does this sound like you?
- Previous reception & administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
