Coordinate Care, Connect Communities – Telehealth Admin Role!
About The Role
You'll provide high‑level administrative and coordination support to a quick‑paced expanding service that connects patients in rural and remote communities with vital health care.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage telehealth services including appointments, referrals, waitlists, and videoconferencing support.
Provide high‑level administrative support including data management, reporting, and maintaining effective systems and processes.
Contribute to service improvement and patient experience by supporting education initiatives, quality activities, and culturally responsive care.

Requirements
C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.

This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
Probation may apply.
