About Us Grey Foxx Venues & Restaurant is an elegant dining and event venue located in the heart of Mt Eliza. We offer a relaxed yet refined experience, serving quality cuisine and hosting weddings, functions, and private events. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Waiter / Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team and ensure our guests receive the best possible service. Your Role As the Head Waiter / Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily floor operations, coordinate staff, and maintain our high service standards. You’ll work closely with management to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate wait staff
- Oversee restaurant and event service operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Liaise with kitchen for seamless service
- Assist in planning and executing private functions and events
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency in service areas What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior waiter role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Qualified presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle busy service periods confidently
- RSA certificate (required) but no essential as yet as our licence is still in the processing stage.
