The Role Reporting to the Supervisor, your primary responsibility will include performing planned and breakdown maintenance tasks safely and effectively while maintaining a high quality of work and housekeeping standards. This is a residential position based in Mount Isa, working a Monday to Friday dayshift only roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Performing planned and breakdown maintenance tasks
- High level of work and housekeeping standards
- Ability to work closely with our business units and leaders on an ongoing basis

You will have the following skillset and attributes:

- Trade qualification – Plumbing
- Gas Fitting (an advantage)
- Manual drivers’ licence
- Recent field experience is highly regarded
- Personal role modelling and delivery of high safety standards
- An emphasis on continual improvement and development is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work positively in a team environment or unsupervised
- A sound understanding of workplace OH&S;
- Flexible attitude, strong customer focus and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work extra hours when required
- Ability to achieve results
