We are seeking passionate support coordinators to join our energetic team in Mount Isa, Doomadgee, Mornington Island and Normanton. These roles focus on delivering life‑changing support programs to those in need.

Responsibilities Collaborating with recipients, families, and service providers to develop and implement tailored support plans Monitoring and evaluating recipients’ progress, ensuring their goals are being met Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation Facilitating access to local community services and resources Coordinating and attending meetings with stakeholders to discuss recipient progress and support plans Developing and maintaining robust relationships with community organisations and service providers Working with recipients to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports to live their best life Supporting and empowering recipients to make their own choices as to how they want to lead their lives

About you Previous experience in a support coordinator role or similar (desirable) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills A demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach A demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required Ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes A demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion
