Beleura Private Hospital is now hiring! Job Description In this role you will be joining our Ramsay Clinic Beleura. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, allied health professionals and non-clinical team members. You will primarily facilitate mental health and alcohol rehabilitation group therapy for inpatients and day patients. As a member of our clinical team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. About You To succeed in this role you will bring strong clinical skillset in an acute care setting. You will have exceptional customer service and time management skills with a passion for quality patient outcomes. The role will require you to work from Monday to Friday with no weekends and no shift work. You will need to have the following:
- A recognised undergraduate degree in Psychology.
- AHPRA registration with unrestricted general registration under the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in group facilitation and patient engagement.
- Robust clinical judgement, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially teams.
- Strong team player
- Must have weekend availability
- 1 year experience in group therapy
- Experience working with alcohol addiction
- Facilitate therapy groups sessions for both inpatient & outpatient therapy groups.
