Front End Loader Operator (Mount Isa City)

The Role Due to continued growth, MCA Engineering is expanding its team to support a major 6‑month project at a mine site in North West Queensland. Both local residents and DIDO candidates are encouraged to apply. FIFO candidates from Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane will be considered. The roster is 8:6. The project covers a broad range of underground construction and services works, including pump stations and pumps, ventilation walls, pipe installation, and other associated underground infrastructure. - Current driver’s licence
- Front end loader operator qualification
- Underground experience required
- Must be able to operate a front end loader with a man basket
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Mining experience is advantageous
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment medical and D&A; testing
