Join Our Team in Mount Isa as an Administration Officer! We're on the hunt for a local Administration Officer to join us for maternity leave coverage. Your Current Role You will be working Monday to Friday (8am-5pm), you'll be at the heart of our operations, keeping everything running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Ordering parts and keeping things moving
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Filing, scanning, and keeping records organised
- Taking and making phone calls with confidence
- Delivering great customer service every day What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in administration
- Friendly, professional, and great with customers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Hold a current Drivers license
