About the role As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here you should ideally have:
- Some leadership or supervisory experience – retail or any other industry
- A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
- A dependable, proactive, and prideful performer
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- An interest in camping, boating or fishing (product knowledge is a bonus, not essential)
- A people‑focused mindset with the confidence to step up and support the team
