From coordinating communications and supporting operational projects to leading marketing initiatives and helping teams stay connected, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across our organisation. About the Role Working closely with our Practice Managers and leadership team, you'll provide administration, communication and marketing support while helping coordinate projects, workflow and operational priorities across our hospitals. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across many areas of the business while helping create consistency, organisation and effective communication across our teams. In this role, you'll support a range of tasks including:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to Practice Managers and leadership teams
- Assisting with operational coordination, workflow organisation and day-to-day administrative activities across multiple sites
- Supporting project coordination, communication follow-up and broader business initiatives
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports and internal communications
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions and hospital events
- Supporting consistent branding and communication across all TVH hospitals About You You'll be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a busy and fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in administration, communications, marketing or a similar support role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A creative mindset and an eye for detail
- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar design tools) highly regarded What We Offer
