About The Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team on a Permanent, Full time basis. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's retail team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore current opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.

Responsibilities Build and maintain robust relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth. Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets. Support inventory management, including stocktake and secure dispatch of rural products. Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients. Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and effective distribution of rural products. Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

About You Thrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community. Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess robust retail skills. Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients. Hold a valid driver's license. Heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one. Forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
