Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) Peninsula Dealer Group | Mornington Peninsula
Peninsula Dealer Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional F&I; role. We are looking for someone who wants to become a key contributor to dealership performance, working closely with Sales Managers, Dealer Principals, and our executive team to drive results across both finance and vehicle sales. The successful candidate will be based at one of our Mornington dealerships, with the specific location determined by experience, strengths, and career aspirations. Representing Ford, Kia, Hyundai, MG, Omoda Jaecoo and Chery, plus the largest range of Pre-Owned vehicles on the Mornington Peninsula, Peninsula Dealer Group delivers approximately 400-500 vehicles every month, providing significant opportunity for an ambitious finance professional. The Opportunity
As a Business Manager within Peninsula Dealer Group, you will have access to:
- A high-volume automotive group delivering 400-500 vehicles monthly
- Multiple leading automotive brands
- A broad panel of lenders and insurance providers
- The ability to structure and write deals across a diverse customer base
- Strong relationships between sales and finance teams
- Consistent enquiry and delivery volumes Most importantly, you will be joining a business that views Business Managers as an integral part of the leadership team, not simply an administration function. Key Responsibilities
- Present and arrange finance and insurance solutions for customers
- Build value in finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
- Work closely with sales teams to maximise customer outcomes
- Maintain strong lender and insurer relationships
- Structure deals across a wide range of customer profiles
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements
- Contribute to dealership profitability and customer satisfaction About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Business Manager, Finance Manager, or Automotive Sales Specialist looking for a step up
- Understands lender policy and deal structuring
- Is confident presenting finance and insurance products
- Can build trust and rapport quickly with customers
- Thrives in a high-volume environment
- Is self-motivated, organised, and driven by results
