About the Role

Reporting to the HV & Refrigeration Superintendent, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of our High Voltage maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise and guidance will directly contribute to operational excellence and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and promote safe work practices across HV maintenance teams Support fault finding and commissioning activities within HV Distribution PTCEW-controlled areas Minimise operational disruptions and improve system reliability Maintain high-quality work standards and ensure team competency and compliance About You

You are a proactive leader who motivates others, embraces change, and drives continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will bring:

Trade qualification as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Queensland Electrical Licence 5–7 years’ supervisory experience (preferred) Preferred industrial experience in:

High Voltage Power Distribution Systems Protection relay testing Industrial electronics Switchboards Transformer commissioning and testing Additionally you could demonstrate:
