Parts Interpreter (Mornington)

About the Role Our Audi Mornington dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Receipting and checking parts deliveries
- Maintain the parts department in an organized manner
- Accurate parts data entry into DMS system
- Interpretation of parts requests using parts manuals and computer applications
- Ensure all parts enquiries are processed in a timely and skilled manner
- Assist internal staff with spare parts support when required
- Provide support to customers over the phone regarding products and identification of spare parts when required
- Carry out general duties from time to time as requested by the Service Manager Key Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified Parts Advisor with Audi/Skoda/VW experience as an advantage
- Exceptional customer service & organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with the ability to build rapport with other stakeholders
