Job Overview Auto Electrician – Eva Copper Mine Project (Cloncurry, Queensland, Australia) As a key member of the Eva Copper Alliance team, you will support protected, efficient production across our fleet while working with a high‑performing maintenance team. Weekly roster: 2:2 | Employment Type: Fulltime Responsibilities
- Perform the servicing, repair, and maintenance of mobile mining equipment in accordance with Thiess servicing and maintenance procedures.
- Complete general maintenance, breakdowns, services, and component change outs to a high standard.
- Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilisation.
- Provide high‑quality installations including mountings, wiring and testing of equipment. Qualifications
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
- Refrigerated handling licence (advantageous).
- Post‑trade experience working in the mining environment.
- Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change outs and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment.
- Good work ethic, commitment to continuous improvement, ability to work as an individual within a maintenance team. Benefits
