Description
We are looking for someone confident and enthusiastic, with a creative and social flare, to join our support team as a casual receptionist at our Mt Isa clinic. Our admin team plays a huge role in the successful running of our clinics. They are valued and heavily relied on by our patients, practitioners and fellow team members. This position's hours can be negotiable to the right candidate, and will be based at our Mt Isa clinic, but might be required to come to Brisbane for training. Things you will be responsible for:
- Patient Nurturing
- Ensuring that our patients have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic
- Support of fellow team members – Ensuring that the practitioner team is well supported so that they can create the desired results for their patients.
- Efficiency on Reception – Delivering awesome service with efficiency and style, following our systems and procedures.
- Being an Ideal Team Player Who you are: No experience is necessary, but any and all skills will be welcomed. You will be empowered with everything you need to flourish in this role and to create amazing experiences for our team and patients. - You are open to constructive feedback and are able to work independently, but are also willing to follow directions.
- You have excellent attention to detail and are willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done. The main tasks will include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, billing, sterilising of instruments, general administration, cleaning, managing & ordering stock and supporting the podiatry team.
