Responsibilities
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Help customers identify and order the right parts using electronic catalogues and systems
- Accurately process sales, invoices, and stock movements using company software (e.g. CDK)
- Keep the parts department tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly
- Source hard-to-find parts and ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers
- Answer customer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide expert advice What We're Looking For
- Someone Who Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
- Previous experience or formal training in parts interpreting or a related industry
- Robust understanding of mechanical and technical terms
- Confident using inventory and parts systems, with solid computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
