A Day in the Life As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members.
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance. About You We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone:
- With demonstrated leadership experience – who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal‑breaker – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
