The Role
Due to continued growth, MCA Engineering is expanding its team to support a major 6‐month project at a mine site in North West Queensland. Both local residents and DIDO candidates are encouraged to apply. FIFO candidates from Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane will be considered. The roster is 8:6. The project covers a broad range of underground construction and services works, including pump stations and pumps, ventilation walls, pipe installation, and other associated underground infrastructure.

About You
Current driver's licence
Front end loader operator qualification
Underground experience required
Must be able to operate a front end loader with a man basket
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Robust safety focus and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Mining experience is advantageous
Must be able to pass a pre‐employment medical and D&A; testing
Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include: Rigging, Dogging, Franna Non Slew, Excavator ticket, HR Licence
