Royston Petrie Seeds is on the lookout for a full time Farm Hand to join our hardworking team in Eurunderee (just outside Mudgee).

This isn’t broadacre cropping
- it’s hands-on work in seed production farming, with plenty of variety day-to-day.

What you’ll be doing:

Tractor work
- ground prep, bed making, slashing, disking, scarifying & crop planting

Seed cleaning and processing during harvest

Paddock spraying

General farm maintenance & machinery care

Able to or willing to learn to use a Telehandler

What we’re looking for:

Tractor operation experience

Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

Problem-solving skills & ability to work independently

Team player
- respectful, punctual & reliable (non-negotiable)

Physically capable & happy working outdoors

Gentle and respectful with machinery, with a focus on secure operation & maintenance

Location: Eurunderee, Mudgee Region

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
