- 75 hours per fortnight
- 9 extra days of leave* The Role We currently have an opportunity to join our growing Mudgee branch as a Personal Banker. You will advocate Beyond Bank’s core values and deliver exceptional service to members, aligned with our Member Ownership Strategy and individual performance targets that contribute to overall branch performance. Core Duties
- Provide a local member‑owned banking experience to new and existing members.
- Proactively connect members’ needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills.
- Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to members.
- Contribute to a high‑achieving team environment with a strong work ethic.
- Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
- Assist members in identifying short, medium, long‑term needs and aspirations, and act on this information through Banking Reviews and follow‑ups.
- Provide timely advice on our range of financial products and services, offering personal banking solutions that meet members’ needs and relevant life‑stage goals using the Beyond Bank Exceed model.
- Assist members with unsecured lending options, including personal loans and credit cards, providing clear information on terms, conditions, and repayment plans.
- Assist members with secured lending products such as home loans and car loans, ensuring they understand features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value.
- Ensure members understand features, benefits, fees, charges, terms, conditions and overall value of the products and services presented.
- Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member. First Six Months

- Leverage customer‑service experience: utilize your background in customer service, retail, sales and/or banking.

- Build lasting relationships: foster lasting customer relationships and serve the local community with enthusiasm, learning to describe products and match them to customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets: excel in meeting individual performance targets by mastering scorecards across key areas such as member satisfaction, engagement, sales, etc. Qualifications A caring, customer‑focused person excited to learn and grow. - Banking or financial‑services experience desirable but not essential.
