Merchandiser/ Planogram Position Mudgee and Surrounding areas. About the Role We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Casual Merchandiser to join the Saleslinkgroup team. This role involves working across Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets and at times other retailers ensuring our clients’ products are presented to the highest standard. You’ll work independently across your allocated territory, building strong store relationships and delivering consistent, high‑quality merchandising execution. Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled store visits across your allocated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and department staff
- Implement planograms, relays, and product layouts to a high standard
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Set up promotional displays, POS materials, and ticketing
- Monitor stock levels, report gaps, and communicate replenishment needs
- Submit visit reports, photos, and task completion through the Saleslink CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
- Maintain compliance with store safety and operational procedures
- Always Represent Saleslinkgroup and our clients professionally
- Skills & Experience
- Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valuable attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
- Smartphone proficiency for reporting and task submission What We Offer
