**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Monday
- Friday role is responsible for delivering timely, productive and effective office administration and executive support to the Maintenance Team.

**Key Duties include**:

- Oversee administration, and maintain accuracy, of the maintenance system.
- Ensure accurate data entry within SAP/Pulse/Minestar systems.
- Accounts payable and Payroll management
- Populate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Compliance and safety requirements.
- Processing PR’s and SESing.
- Perform general filing and ad hoc administration duties as needed.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience providing high level administrative support in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Proficient computer literacy across MS Office Programs.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Mining Experience
- SAP Knowledge
