ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed by EnergyCo to deliver the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV) will design and construct the project, delivering at least 4.5GW of current capacity to connect 7.7GW of wind and solar energy, powering over 2 million homes from 2028.

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our site support team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting personnel to and from the airport, as well as completing local worker pickups and drop-offs as required to support project operations.

This is a remote project role operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster. Bus transport is provided from Sydney only, with various pick-up and drop-off locations between Sydney and the Mudgee region.

Applicants located within NSW outside the Sydney transport route will be required to DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) at their own expense. Please note this is not a FIFO role, and candidates residing outside NSW will be required to arrange and fund their own travel to Sydney or the site if successful.

Key Responsibilities

Transport project personnel safely to and from airports and site locations

Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc local pickups and drop-offs

Conduct vehicle pre-start checks and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness

Ensure compliance with all road transport and fatigue management regulations

Maintain accurate trip logs and passenger records

Provide a safe, professional, and reliable transport service at all times

Support general site transport and logistics requirements as needed

Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

Valid HR or MR driver’s licence (minimum)

Proven experience as a bus driver or heavy vehicle operator

Good understanding of fatigue management requirements

Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Clean driving record (preferred)

Ability to work remote roster (14/7)

Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
