Maintenance Superintendent – Field (Moolarben)

Competitive salary and benefits package. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, train and mentor a team of supervisors, planners and engineers responsible for Field Maintenance in the Open Cut Maintenance Team.
- Ensure the safe completion of all Maintenance plans and activities within Field Maintenance.
- Provide Field Maintenance staff with clear objectives whilst being able to meet day-to-day Maintenance targets.
- Understand and achieve Safety, Availability & MTBF requirements for OC Field Maintenance Performance. Skills and Experience Essential Criteria:
- A nationally recognised trade qualification.
- Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work effectively and efficiently with all departments, ensuring alignment, transparent communication, and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Supervisory level role.
- Sound knowledge of Liebherr, Cat and Komatsu equipment.
- Strong knowledge of statutory laws and regulations governing open cut maintenance. Benefits
