Our client TECH FINISHES TILING (QLD) PTY LTD located in the Gold Coast are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, qualified and experienced full time (38 hours per week) Contract Administrator! Overview: You will be required to prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate variations to contracts (and associated purchasing orders) on behalf of our ever growing company. Qualifications / Experience required: Degree qualified (ideally business administration or similar!) with 2 years experience as a minimum. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts and services
- responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts
- managing paperwork associated with contracts
- working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that contracts are met
- advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
- collecting and analysing data associated with contracts undertaken, and reporting on contract progress and outcomes The offer of renumeration for the right candidate may be between $90,000 to $110,000 p.a. plus super.
