BH-26297-1- Your key duties will include, but not limited to:

Process sales orders accurately through SAP

Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays and ETA’s

Following up with customers pre and post servicing

Respond to general product and delivery enquiries

Fielding enquires regarding repairs and credits from existing clients

Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management

Ideally you will have:

Strong product-based customer service experience within an office environment

Previous CRM and MS Office experience, particularly SAP will be highly regarded

Ability to work to deadlines and balance priorities

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
