About Our Client:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.

Answering inbound calls from customers.

Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.

Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.

Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.

General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.

The Successful Applicant:

We are looking for a friendly and social Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer interactions and likes to be in a high-volume setting. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent data entry skills, excellent communication skills, and be friendly interpersonally. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be able to respond with over 50 requests, daily. This role will be required to working Monday
- Friday, full time hours, with a start date asap.
