**What you will do**

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated **Customer Service professional** for a **6 month fixed term, full time opportunity** to join our friendly Customer Service team at our **Corporate Office in Mulgrave**. With the possibility of an extension or permanency, this role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a **quick-paced** environment.
- Respond promptly to customer queries in relation to their product requests and sales orders.
- Process sales orders and invoices, and release orders for the warehouse
- Support our transition to a new ERP system, **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, and leverage the **Gorgias** platform to enhance customer service efficiency.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer records on various platforms.

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service or Call Centre role is essential.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Dynamics 365** and/or **Gorgias platform** is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
- Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
