Customer Service Coordinator (Mulgrave)

The Opportunity:

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organisation seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Mulgrave. This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, supporting customers, managing orders, coordinating logistics, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The Role:

- Processing customer orders from entry through to delivery
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless order flow
- Tracking orders and providing customers with accurate delivery updates and ETAs
- Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records within internal systems
- High-volume data entry and general administration
- Resolving order, delivery, or customer service issues efficiently
- Supporting day-to-day operational and customer service activities About You:

- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or operations coordination
- Experience using SAP or another Tier 1 ERP system (highly desirable)
- Solid communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and system confidence
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, distribution, or product-based environments will be highly regarded What’s On Offer:
