As Customer Service Officer you will meet Elgas’ business plan objectives whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Liaison with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors is part of your role
- You will assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity
- Also, you will perform administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments
- Adjust scheduling for drivers when required
- Comply with Company Policy and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

**What makes you outstanding**
- Previous Customer Service and administrative / clerical experience is required for this role
- You have a high level of verbal and written communication
- Able to liaise and consult with internal and external clients and staff with a focus on customer service
- Further, you are able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Sound computing skills, particularly accurate data entry
- You have demonstrated initiative and organizational skills, and flexibility to work in a team environment and also autonomously
