**About the Role**

As a **Yard Tug Driver**, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of daily yard movements and on-site coordination. Working within a professional transport environment, you’ll be responsible for moving trailers within the yard safely and efficiently, ensuring timely loading and unloading operations.

This is a **full-time ongoing position** with consistent hours, optional overtime, and **excellent above-award pay rates**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely manoeuvre and position trailers in the yard and dock areas
- Operate a tug or terminal tractor to move freight efficiently
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
- Liaise with dispatch and warehouse teams to coordinate trailer movements
- Follow all site safety and compliance protocols

**What You’ll Need**
- **Valid MC Licence** (mandatory)
- Proven experience in yard tug, shunter, or heavy vehicle driving
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours with flexibility for overtime
