Supply Chain Coordinator Anz Mulgrave

About the role:

Provide customer support to all ANZ customers.

Participate in regular meetings.

Liaising with business stakeholders.

Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely response to customers with resolutions.

Control Tower between internal stakeholders and ANZ warehouse.

Schedule domestic inbound and outbound freight.

Book international shipments.

Assist with paperwork requirements for customs clearance.

Assist with other duties such as inventory management and assisting with specific projects, etc.

About you:

Administration experience in a similar role.

Logistics/warehousing background preferred but not required.

Solid customer service and administration skills.

Ability to work within a team but also work unsupervised.

Excellent time management skills.

Take initiative to assist other team members with other tasks.

Pronto and Iscala system experience preferred but not required.

Proficient with MS Office.
