Detailed Description:

Conduct routine repair, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades to all Solutions products.

Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel.

Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently with little supervision.

Maintain and manage the inventory of service spare parts.

Technician will also be required to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

Robust electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, proficient with using electronic test equipment as required.

A degree or tertiary qualification in electronics or prior work experience in a related field.

Fluency in English and strong Communication Skills—oral, written & listening to ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and organizational leadership.

Ability to work independently under limited supervision.

Solid computer skills (MS Office package).

Experience with SAP or CRMs desirable.
