**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline soft services roles (cleaning, maintenance, etc.), including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Management
- Using proactive sourcing methods and maintaining internal talent databases to support fast and consistent hiring across high-demand roles.
- Recruitment Systems & Compliance Administration
- Keeping data accurate and up to date across ATS and HR systems, ensuring compliance and supporting reporting needs.
- Time Management & Prioritisation
- Effectively managing competing recruitment tasks across a large vacancy portfolio with precision and strong attention to detail.
**About You**:
- Experience: Previous experience in high-volume recruitment (internal or agency), ideally in the soft services or facilities sector.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Confident communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organisation & Adaptability: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, plan, and adapt quickly across multiple systems and competing priorities.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (preferred but not essential experience trumps paper).
