- Upcoming part time opportunities available About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill as a Personal Care Worker. We have Casual roles available, with upcoming Part Time morning shift opportunities across low care, high care and special care units. We strive to be the exemplars of quality in the aged-care industry and champions of the continuum of care model; delivering care that is tailored to our residents' health needs, preferences and rights, and we're looking for the right kind of people to join us on this incredible journey. In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology
- including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team workplace About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
