We move quickly, test constantly, and back great products with sharp paid marketing.We are not a big corporate team. You will work directly with the founder, own your work end-to-end, and see the direct impact of what you do — in the ad account, in product launches, and in the brand.The RoleThis is one of the most important hires we will make. We are looking for a Content & Growth Operator — someone who can build and run our creator network, manage the full content pipeline from brief to delivery, and own the execution of new product launches.You are the person who makes things happen. The founder sets the direction; you make sure everything gets produced, delivered, and launched on time. You will be the operational backbone of our marketing and growth engine.This is not a passive role. It requires someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing a large number of moving parts simultaneously.What You Will DoCreator & UGC Management
- Build, manage, and grow a roster of 50+ UGC creators across Australia and internationally
- Source new creators through platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and direct outreach
- Write clear, detailed creative briefs for each creator based on the product, audience, and ad angle
- Manage the full creator workflow — briefing, follow-up, content review, revision requests, approvals, and payments
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure a consistent weekly flow of raw footage into the pipeline
- Identify top-performing creator profiles and deepen those relationships over time Content Production Coordination
- Coordinate with our video editor to ensure raw footage is briefed, prioritised, and turned around efficiently
- Manage asset organisation — raw footage, finished ads, static creatives, product images — in a structured, accessible library
- Brief and coordinate external photographers, videographers, or production resources for product shoots
- Ensure all content meets platform specs and brand guidelines before going to the ad account Product Launch Execution
- Own the go-to-market execution for new product launches — coordinating all assets, copy, and timelines
- Work with the founder on launch sequencing and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Brief copywriters or write basic product copy yourself for Shopify product pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and the founder on product samples, photography, and launch-ready inventory
- Build and manage launch checklists so every product goes live with a complete set of assets Operations & Communication
- Manage creator contracts, usage rights, and payment tracking
- Maintain a clear dashboard or tracker of all active creator relationships, content in production, and launch timelines
- Communicate proactively — flag delays, surface problems early, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be asked What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing creators or influencers at scale — you have worked with 20+ creators simultaneously and know how to keep the pipeline moving
- Strong project management skills — you are the kind of person who builds a system for everything and hates things falling through the cracks
- Commercial instinct — you understand that content exists to drive sales, not just to look good
- Clear, confident written communication — you can write a creator brief, a product description, and a follow-up email without needing someone to check every word
- Familiarity with paid social content — you understand the difference between organic content and a direct-response ad, and you brief accordingly
- Self-directed and reliable — you do not need to be micromanaged; you own your workload and deliver without being chased Bonus Points
- Experience with Shopify (basic page builds or product uploads)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — understanding what types of content perform
- Background in a D2C ecommerce brand, growth agency, or social media marketing role
- Interest in or knowledge of the automotive, lifestyle, or outdoor space What We Are Not Looking For

- A social media manager focused on organic posting and community management
- Someone who treats creator coordination as just sending emails and waiting Pay: $70,900.00 – $114,685.72 per year Ability to commute/relocate
